Craftsmanship you can see. Care you can feel.

About Us

My name is Mike, and I’m the owner of Szwarc Interior.

I’ve been working in construction for more than 25 years, starting in the trades when I was just 16 years old. I began as a painter and eventually worked my way into drywall, framing, carpentry, flooring, windows, doors, remodeling, and complete renovation projects. I’ve also been remodeling bathrooms for approximately 20 years.Building and working with my hands has been a part of my life since I was a kid. My dad had a workshop, and I spent a lot of time there learning how to build and create things. I made tables, boxes, picture frames, furniture, and pretty much anything else I could think of. I’ve always enjoyed taking raw materials and turning them into something useful and finished. That’s still one of my favorite parts of what I do today. I enjoy walking into a project, figuring out what needs to be done, working through the challenges along the way, and standing back at the end knowing that I created something that was done right.Over the years, I’ve worked on just about every type of project you can imagine—from smaller repairs and maintenance to bathrooms, kitchens, basements, flooring, drywall, carpentry, doors and windows, framing, exterior repairs, and full interior renovations.I started Szwarc Interior because I wanted to bring all of that experience together and provide customers with quality workmanship, reliability, versatility, and attention to detail. Having experience in so many areas of construction allows me to look at a project as a whole, understand how everything fits together, and find practical solutions when unexpected problems come up. In many cases, that also means my customers don't have to coordinate several different contractors to get a project completed. As a small, owner-operated business, I take a lot of pride in the work that carries my name. I work directly with my customers and treat every project as if it were my own. My goal is to provide excellent service and quality work at an affordable cost, while making sure the job is done right.Szwarc Interior isn't just a business I decided to start. Building and creating has been a part of my life for more than 25 years, and it's still something I genuinely enjoy doing.

Mike has done multiple projects for us over the years and every one has been top notch. Most recently he redid our master bathroom. The finish work was clean and the tile selections we picked came together exactly how we pictured them. Before that he built out an entertainment center in our living room and rebuilt the exterior steps on our house. Different scopes, different skill sets, same result each time: solid craftsmanship, clear communication, and work that holds up.If you're looking for a contractor who treats your home like it's his own, Mike is who I'd call.

I am very happy with the service provided by this company. I had a water leak in one of my pipes. Mike came on a Sunday and fixed it really quickly and professionally. Previously, by recommendation from my neighbor, I used him to patch my drywall, and he did that very well also. He is definitely cheaper than the big companies and does a great job. I will definitely be calling him for my other projects around the house. Absolutely a 5-star service.
